Finding Hope
Navigating Crisis, Grief, and Trauma
By Dr. Graham Leo · 2025 · UpperRoom Press
Synopsis
Finding Hope is a pastoral companion for navigating crisis, grief, and trauma. Written by Dr. Graham Leo — hospital chaplain, theologian, and author of eight books — it draws on decades of bedside experience to offer practical wisdom grounded in Christian theology. At its heart is the 'Three Golden Keys' framework from Romans 8: nothing can separate us from the love of God, all things work together for good, and the Spirit intercedes for us when we cannot find the words. The book moves between theological reflection and real-world pastoral encounter, offering not platitudes but tested strategies for holding onto hope when life falls apart. It is a companion to Graham's earlier theological work Restoring Hope, which addresses the problem of suffering and evil at a foundational level.
